管理类研究生创新能力的全过程培养模式探索

Exploration of the Whole-Process Cultivation Mode of Management Postgraduate Students'Innovation Ability

研究生教育在培养高质量人才方面具有重要作用,创新能力培养是研究生培养质量的核心指标。以往研究主要关注从“全员育人”和“全方位育人”的角度来培养研究生的创新能力,忽视了“全过程育人”在研究生培养中的运用。因此,文章基于全过程培养理念,构建了一套培养管理类研究生科研创新能力的模式,设计了管理类研究生科研创新能力全过程培养模式的效果评价方法。研究结果对培养和提升管理类研究生创新能力具有一定参考价值。

Postgraduate education plays an important role in cultivating high-quality talents,and innovation ability is a core indicator in postgraduate cultivation.Previous research mainly focused on cultivating the innovation abilities of postgraduates from the perspective of"all-member education"and"all-round education",but it neglects the application of"whole-process education"in postgraduate cultivation.Therefore,based on the concept of“whole-process education”,this article constructs a mode of cultivating scientific research innovation ability of management postgraduate students,and designs a method of evaluating the effectiveness of this mode.The findings provide some reference value for cultivating and improving the innovation ability of management postgraduate students.
