摘要
随着科技的不断发展,智能化已成为矿业行业的未来发展趋势,智能采矿工程专业应运而生。作为新兴的工程学科,它涉及机械、电子、计算机等多个领域,是未来矿业发展的重要方向,因行业外在要求以及行业发展需求,智能采矿工程专业的创新方向及人才培养变得越来越重要。文章提出,应从企业和学校创新视角出发,从设置完整的课程体系、注重专业实践过程、构建双导师培养模式、培养个体创新能力、培养团队合作能力五个方面构建良好健全的学科培养模式。
With the continuous development of technology,intelligence has become the future development trend of the mining industry,and the intelligent mining engineering profession has emerged.As an emerging engineering discipline,it involves multiple fields such as machinery,electronics,and computers,and is an important direction for future mining development.Due to external industry requirements and industry development needs,the innovation direction and talent cultivation of intelligent mining engineering majors have become increasingly important.The article proposes that a sound disciplinary training model should be constructed from the perspective of enterprise and school innovation,from five aspects:setting up a complete curriculum system,emphasizing professional practice processes,constructing a dual mentor training model,cultivating individual innovation ability,and cultivating team cooperation ability.
