摘要
临床护理带教教师是护生和新入职护士开启职业生涯的领路人,他们在帮助学生获得护理专业实践所需的知识、情感态度和技能方面承担着重要的作用。带教教师的教学能力直接关系到学生的学习质量、工作态度和职业认同感等。因此文章就护理带教教师教学能力的概念、评估工具、现状、影响因素和提高策略等方面进行叙述,以期为今后的研究提供一些参考。
Clinical nursing instructors are the leaders for nursing students and new nurses to embark on their careers.They play an important role in helping students acquire the knowledge,emotional attitudes,and skills required for nursing professional practice.The teaching ability of teaching teachers is directly related to students'learning quality,work attitude,and professional identity.Therefore,this article describes the concept,evaluation tools,current situation,influencing factors,and improvement strategies of nursing teaching teachers'teaching ability,in order to provide some reference for future research.
