社会需求导向下保险学专业人才培养路径探究——以南京财经大学红山学院为例

Exploring the Training Path of Insurance Professional Talents under the Guidance of Social Needs——Take Nanjing University of Finance&Economics,Hongshan College as an example

当前,高校面临着日益严峻的就业形势,而金融保险行业发展潜力巨大,其对于人才的需求总量稳步增加,其发展却因人才的匮乏受到制约,高校人才培养与社会需求出现了脱钩。文章分析了我国高校保险学专业人才培养方案存在课程设置不全面、课程内容设计缺乏时代性和针对性、课程顺序安排错位现象、培养方案重理论轻实践等问题,提出高校应优化课程结构、促进学科交叉融合,理论联系实际、完善实践教学,并以“校企合作”推动产学研一体化发展,以完善保险学专业人才培养方案,实现人才培养与社会需求相适应。

At present,universities are facing an increasingly severe employment situation,and the development potential of the financial and insurance industry is enormous.The total demand for talent is steadily increasing,but its development is constrained by the lack of talent,and talent cultivation in universities is decoupled from social demand.The article analyzes the problems of incomplete curriculum design,lack of timeliness and pertinence in course content design,misalignment of course sequence arrangement,and emphasis on theory over practice in training programs for insurance professionals in Chinese universities.It proposes that universities should optimize course structure,promote interdisciplinary integration,integrate theory with practice,improve practical teaching,and promote the integrated development of industry,academia,and research through"school enterprise cooperation",to improve the talent training plan for insurance majors and achieve the adaptation of talent training to social needs.
