基于支架理论的研究生风险管理课程案例教学研究

摘要 随着我国教育改革进程的不断推进,对院校人才教育培养的要求也在不断提高。国防科技大学风险管理课程是面向部队遂行任务需要,为培养具有全面素质的指挥管理人才而开设的研究生专业课程。该课程的教学目标突出实践性和应用性,传统授课方法已不能满足课程要求。文章基于支架理论对风险管理课程案例化教学模式进行分析研究,重点提出了五个教学流程、四个教学步骤和三个教学方法。文章旨在用理论丰富支架式案例教学的内涵,运用理论指导案例教学具体实践,为进一步推动支架式案例教学模式实施提供一定支撑。 With the continuous advancement of China's education reform process,the requirements for talent education and training in universities are also constantly increasing.The Risk Management Course at the University of National Defense Technology is a graduate professional course aimed at cultivating command and management talents with comprehensive qualities for the needs of military missions.The teaching objectives of this course emphasize practicality and applicability,and traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the requirements of the course.The article analyzes and studies the case based teaching mode of risk management courses based on the scaffolding theory,with a focus on proposing five teaching processes,four teaching steps,and three teaching methods.The article aims to enrich the connotation of scaffolding case teaching with theory,guide the specific practice of case teaching with theory,and provide certain support for further promoting the implementation of scaffolding case teaching mode.
