The article is based on the analysis of the drawbacks of traditional graduate training models,combined with the actual situation of ecological graduate training,and explores the ecological graduate training model under the guidance of innovative ability.The focus is on the cultivation of composite talents,starting from the reform of curriculum system and the construction of teaching staff,supplemented by other countermeasures to promote the improvement of the quality of ecological graduate talent training work through collaborative efforts,and assist in its sustainable development.
