Research on the Materialization Construction of Modern Industrial College under the Background of"One Body and Two Wings"——Take Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example

在现代职业教育体系建设改革进程中,以省域现代职业教育体系为基座、市域产教联合体和行业产教融合共同体为载体的“一体两翼”发展格局逐步形成。文章以柳州铁道职业技术学院为例,基于“双高”背景,通过调整组织架构、健全运行机制、创新人才培养模式、推动资源共享、创新校企合作机制等措施积极探索产业学院的建设路径,积极融入广西职业教育体系,服务轨道交通行业产教融合共同体和柳州市产教联合体建设。

In the process of constructing and reforming the modern vocational education system,the development pattern of"one body,two wings"has gradually formed,with the provincial modern vocational education system as the foundation,the municipal industry education consortium,and the industry industry education integration community as the carrier.Taking Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,based on the"dual high"background,the article actively explores the construction path of the Industrial College through measures such as adjusting organizational structure,improving operational mechanisms,innovating talent cultivation models,promoting resource sharing,and innovating school enterprise cooperation mechanisms.It actively integrates into the Guangxi vocational education system,serving the integration of industry and education in the rail transit industry and the construction of Liuzhou City's industry education consortium.
