高职院校贫困生资助育人工作实效性研究

A Study on the Effectiveness of Subsidizing and Educating Poor Students in Vocational Colleges

学生资助工作是一项重要的保民生、暖民心工程,事关教育公平和社会公平。为保障贫困生顺利就学,我国在高等教育阶段建立了多元国家资助政策体系,并将资助育人纳入“十大育人体系”。当前,高职院校资助育人工作存在资助政策宣传覆盖面和力度不足、重物质资助轻精神帮扶、学生感恩意识淡薄等问题。高职院校应坚持“扶困”“扶智”“扶志”相结合,构建物质帮扶、精神激励、能力拓展、道德浸润有效融合的资助育人长效机制,着力探索提升高职院校贫困生资助育人工作实效的方法,助力贫困生成长成才。

Student funding work is an important project to safeguard people's livelihoods and warm up the hearts of the people,which is related to educational equity and social equity.To ensure the smooth enrollment of impoverished students,China has established a diversified national funding policy system in the higher education stage,and has included funding for education in the"Top Ten Education Systems".At present,there are problems in the funding and education work of vocational colleges,such as insufficient coverage and intensity of funding policy promotion,emphasis on material support over spiritual assistance,and weak sense of gratitude among students.Vocational colleges should adhere to the combination of"helping the poor","helping the intelligent",and"supporting the will",build a long-term mechanism for funding and education that effectively integrates material assistance,spiritual motivation,ability expansion,and moral infiltration,and focus on exploring methods to improve the effectiveness of funding and education for impoverished students in vocational colleges,to help them grow and become successful.
