摘要
教师在从事教育教学工作时,必须遵循一定的规则进行情感表达。情感表达是指通过语言和非语言的方式,将自己内心的情感体验清晰地表达出来,并对他人的情感感受进行理解的能力。基于情感劳动的角度,教师的情感表达主要呈现三个方面:需要的情感表达;感觉的情感表达;表现的情感表达。文章针对三种呈现方式提出其调节的策略,以改进教师的情感表达,促进教师专业发展。
Teachers must follow certain rules for emotional expression when engaging in educational and teaching work.Emotional expression refers to the ability to express one's inner emotional experience clearly through both verbal and nonverbal means,and to understand the emotional feelings of others.From the perspective of emotional labor,teachers'emotional expression mainly presents three aspects:the emotional expression needed;Emotional expression of feelings;Emotional expression of expression.The article proposes strategies for adjusting the three presentation methods to improve teachers'emotional expression and promote their professional development.
