摘要 “双高计划”背景下,提升教师科研能力是高职院校提高人才培养质量水平、服务区域经济和履行社会职能的重要手段。高职院校教师科研能力的现状是科研主动性低、科研实力水平有限、激励机制不完善、科研时间不足等。文章通过对高职院校教师科研能力的研究探索,提出推动教师科研团队建设、以政策为教师科研活动保驾护航、搭建具有院校自身特色的科研平台等提升教师科研能力的可推广建设路径。 Under the background of the"Double High Plan",enhancing the scientific research ability of vocational college teachers is an important means for vocational colleges to improve the quality and level of talent cultivation,serve the regional economy,and fulfill social functions.The current situation of scientific research ability of teachers in vocational colleges is low initiative in scientific research,limited level of scientific research strength,imperfect incentive mechanisms,and insufficient research time.Through research and exploration on the scientific research ability of teachers in vocational colleges,this article proposes replicable and promotable construction paths to enhance teachers'scientific research ability,such as promoting the construction of teachers'scientific research teams,using policies to escort teachers'scientific research activities,and building research platforms with the characteristics of the colleges themselves.
