摘要
教师是教育工作的中坚力量。有高质量的教师,才有高质量的教育。因此,提高师范生的教师职业能力对提升师范生的培养质量起到重要作用。文章以“中学数学教学论”课程为研究对象,结合课程实践,对课程进行了教学内容、教学方法、教学目标和教学过程4个方面的调整,旨在通过本课程的学习提高师范生的教学实践能力、自主发展能力、综合育人能力和师德践行能力,进而提高教师职业能力,从源头上加强教师队伍建设。
Teachers are the backbone of education.High-quality teachers lead to high-quality education.Therefore,improving teachers'professional ability plays an important role in improving the training quality of normal university students.Taking the course of"Middle School Mathematics Teaching Theory"as the research object and combining with the course practice,the course is adjusted in four aspects:teaching content,teaching method,teaching objective and teaching process.The purpose is to improve the teaching practice ability,independent development ability,comprehensive education ability and moral practice ability of normal university students through the study of this course,so as to improve the professional ability of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers from the source.
