大学毕业生就业质量影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Employment Quality of College Graduates

文章从统计学的视角,利用问卷调查的方法随机选择南京审计大学2020级322名毕业生的就业情况进行汇总。调查结果显示:实习经历、专业对口、就业难度、工作薪酬、升职前景、工作强度以及职业培训对毕业生就业质量均有一定影响,其中以工作薪酬水平的影响最为明显。针对以上研究结果,文章从薪酬待遇、院校建设以及毕业生自身能力等方面提出了建议,以切实提升毕业生的就业质量。

The article summarizes the employment situation of 322 graduates from Nanjing Audit University in 2020from a statistical perspective using a questionnaire survey method.The survey results show that internship experience,professional alignment,employment difficulty,job compensation,promotion prospects,work intensity,and vocational training all have a certain impact on the employment quality of graduates,with the most significant impact being the level of job compensation.Based on the above research results,the article proposes suggestions from aspects such as salary and benefits,college construction,and graduates'own abilities to effectively improve the employment quality of graduates.
