乡村振兴战略下职业教育发展的路径探索——以吉林省四平市为例

Exploring the Path of Vocational Education Serving Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Siping City,Jilin Province as an Example

乡村振兴关系到我国农业农村现代化的实现、国家现代化的实现,是新时代“三农”工作的重要抓手。文章基于乡村振兴背景,分析了当前四平市职业教育发展过程中主要存在的问题:办学定位偏离服务乡村振兴的宗旨;专业设置“去农化”明显,缺乏地方特色;乡村人才培养机制缺乏灵活性;师资队伍建设存在滞后。针对问题,文章提出相应对策:转变办学理念,精准定位乡村产业发展;创建品牌专业,着力凸显地方发展特色;融合多方资源,开展分层次人才培养;校内校外协同,推动师资队伍建设。

Rural revitalization is related to the realization of China's agricultural and rural modernization,as well as the realization of national modernization.It is an important lever for the"agriculture,rural and farmer"work in the new era.Based on the background of rural revitalization,the article analyzes the main problems in the development of vocational education in Siping City:the positioning of education deviates from the purpose of serving rural revitalization;The professional setting is clearly characterized by"de agriculture"and lacks local characteristics;The mechanism for cultivating rural talents lacks flexibility;There is a lag in the construction of the teaching staff.Propose corresponding countermeasures to address the issues:change the educational philosophy and accurately position the development of rural industries;Create a professional brand and focus on highlighting local development characteristics;Integrate multiple resources and carry out multi-level talent cultivation;Collaborate within and outside the school to promote the construction of the teaching staff.
