摘要 文章梳理了国内有关经济法课程新型教学模式研究的文献,总结了文献中的新型教学模式种类和最常见的类型,采用社会网络分析和共词分析法对新型教学模式中涉及的关键共现词进行分析和网络构建,评价互联网时代新型教学模式的特点及其在经济法课程教学中的应用效果。文献分析结果提示,新型教学模式种类呈多元化发展,案例教学模式、课程思政教学模式、翻转课堂教学模式、互联网+教学模式等是文献中出现频次较高的教学模式;共词分析和社会网络分析结果显示,互动交流、信息技术、案例教学、自主学习、实践能力等关键共现词在文献中出现频次较高,且在社群网络中处于中心地位;改进后的教学模式明显提高了学生的学习质量,提高了教学效果。 The article summarizes the literature on the research of new teaching modes in economic law courses in China,summarizes the types and most common types of new teaching modes in the literature,uses social network analysis and co word analysis methods to analyze and construct the key co words involved in the new teaching mode,and evaluates the characteristics of the new teaching mode in the Internet era and its application effect in economic law course teaching.The results of literature analysis indicate that the types of new teaching modes are developing in a diversified manner,with case teaching mode,course ideological and political teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching mode,and internet plus teaching mode being the teaching modes that appear more frequently in the literature;The results of co-occurrence analysis and social network analysis show that key co-occurrence words such as interactive communication,information technology,case teaching,self-directed learning,and practical ability appear more frequently in the literature and occupy a central position in social networks;The improved teaching mode significantly improves the quality of students'learning and improves teaching effectiveness.
