产教融合背景下学前美术课程创新发展实践研究

摘要 在经济发展方式转变、人口结构变化的背景下,受市场与政府层面的双重驱动,地方普通本科院校正加快向应用技术类高校转型,以培养适应市场需求、服务于社会主义基础建设的人才。校企合作、产教融合推动了高校人才培养模式的转型,企业与学校成为人才培养的双主体。文章以学前美术课程为例,基于产教融合的内涵、平台、机制、发展四方面,从改进课程教学结构、丰富实训实践、优化评价体系、注重学生综合素养等方面探索学前美术课程的校企“双元”育人新模式。 Against the backdrop of changes in economic development mode and population structure,driven by the dual forces of the market and government,local ordinary undergraduate colleges are accelerating their transformation to applied technology universities to cultivate talents who meet market demands and serve socialist infrastructure construction.The cooperation between schools and enterprises,as well as the integration of industry and education,have promoted the transformation of talent cultivation models in universities,with enterprises and schools becoming the dual entities of talent cultivation.Taking preschool art courses as an example,based on the connotation,platform,mechanism,and development of the integration of industry and education,this article explores a new"dual"education model for preschool art courses from the perspectives of improving the teaching structure,enriching practical training practices,optimizing evaluation systems,and emphasizing students'comprehensive literacy.
