高校青年教师的成长和发展直接关系到整个高等教育的质量。文章从分析新时代高校青年教师的现状出发,提出了定期组织学科专业培训、广泛开设师德师风课程、优化高校青年教师考核评价与监督体系的“经师”与“人师”相统一的青年教师“三路径”,并分别从“德”“守”“立”方面指出了青年教师发展的“三境界”。旨在将其培养为为党育人、为国育才的“大先生”。
