摘要
文章从论述高职市场营销专业人才培养合作的动因出发,分别根据“校外实习基地建设”“人才培养方案修订”“订单式人才培养”“产教全面融合”等校企合作模式的内容,对其存在的优势和劣势进行比较分析。并提出搭建产教融合平台、重构人才培养体系、创新实践教学方式等发展建议,以期探索提升职业教育人才培养质量的创新路径。
This article starts from discussing the motivation of talent cultivation cooperation in higher vocational marketing majors,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of school enterprise cooperation models such as"offcampus internship base construction","talent cultivation plan revision","order based talent cultivation",and"comprehensive integration of industry and education".And propose development suggestions such as building a platform for integrating industry and education,restructuring the talent training system,and innovating practical teaching methods.To explore innovative paths to improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation.
