摘要
文章围绕新结构教学评范式在劳动法课程中的实践与应用开展研究。以培养学生核心素养为引领设置教学目标,结合学生学情、法律事务专业人才培养方案、劳动法课程标准开展教学设计。通过议题呈现、情境推进、活动开展实施教学。创设有梯度的“四维一体”教学进阶,深度践行科学的教学评价体系,探索积极有效的课堂教学策略。新结构教学评范式在劳动法课程中的实践,旨在为法律课堂注入全新活力,激发学生潜能,推动法律课堂的高质量发展。
This paper focuses on the practice and application of the new structure teaching evaluation paradigm in the course of labor law.The teaching objectives are set under the guidance of cultivating students'core qualities,and the teaching design is carried out in combination with the students'learning situation,the training program of legal affairs professionals,and the labor law curriculum standards.Teaching is implemented through topic presentation,context promotion and activities.Create a gradient of"four-dimensional integration"teaching progress,deeply practice the scientific teaching evaluation system,and explore the active and effective classroom teaching strategies.
