“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的现实障碍及突破路径

摘要 自“双高计划”提出以来,高职教育从规模扩张逐步转向高质量发展,构建“双师型”教师教学创新团队是提升我国职业院校教学质量的有效路径。文章分析了“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设面临的教师数量短缺、师资来源单一化、教师缺乏企业实践经验和培训体系不健全等现实障碍,接着提出了规范“双师型”教师认定标准、构建师资来源多元化机制、提高教师校企合作实践技能、健全“双师型”教师培训体系等突破路径,为新时代高职教育工作的高质量开展提供支持。 Since the"double high Plan"was put forward,higher vocational education has gradually shifted from scale expansion to high quality development.The construction of"double-qualified"teachers'teaching innovation team is an effective way to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the practical obstacles faced by the construction of"double-qualified"teachers'teaching innovation team,such as the shortage of teachers,the single source of teachers,the lack of enterprise practice of teachers and the unsound training system.Then it puts forward some breakthrough approaches,such as standardizing the identification standard of"double-qualified"teachers,constructing the mechanism of diversified sources of teachers,improving the practical skills of school-enterprise cooperation of teachers,and carrying out the training of teaching innovation team,so as to provide support for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era.
