基于“学习通”的“管理学基础”混合式教学模式构建与实施效果研究

摘要 文章以“学习通”为平台,从“课前线上教学、课堂线下教学、课后线上教学”三个方面进行了“管理学基础”课程的混合教学模式构建,评估发现该模式提高了学生的主动性,加强了师生的联系;整合优化了教学设计,提高了教学效果;完善了教学评价体系,促进了个性化学习与教学。但也存在教师信息化教学技能欠缺、部分学生学习积极性不高、学校信息化建设不足等问题,并从教师、学生、学校三个层面提出了优化对策建议,可为高校推进教学改革提供参考。 Based on the platform of"Learning Tong",this paper constructs the mixed teaching mode of"Foundation ofManagement"from three aspects of"online teaching before class,offline teaching in class and online teaching after class".The evaluation finds that this mode improves the initiative of students and strengthens the connection between teachers and students.Integrate and optimize the teaching design,improve the teaching effect;Improve the teaching evaluation system,promote personalized learning and teaching.There are also some problems such as the lack of teachers'information-based teaching skills,some students'low enthusiasm for learning,the lack of school informationbased construction and so on.The optimization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the three levels of teachers,students and schools,which can provide reference for colleges and universities to promote teaching reform.
