新时代大学生诚信教育四维创新机制探析

Exploring the Four Dimensional Innovation Mechanism of Honesty Education for College Students in the New Era

大学生诚信教育是加快高等教育“双一流”建设,推动内涵式发展的必要基础,是培育新时代勇于担当民族复兴大任人才的重要途径,也是构建中国特色、中国风格、中国气派学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的坚实保障。文章提出,新时代高校诚信教育应注重“显”“隐”融通、“主”“客”并重、“度”“效”兼顾、“横”“纵”双全,着力构建融合式诚信教育引导机制、协同式诚信教育激励机制、规范化诚信教育惩戒机制、联合式诚信教育保障机制相结合的四维创新机制。

Honesty education for college students is a necessary foundation for accelerating the construction of"Double First Class"in higher education and promoting connotative development;It is an important way to cultivate talents who are brave enough to undertake the task of national rejuvenation in the new era;It is also a solid guarantee to build a discipline system,academic system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese style.The article proposes that in the new era,integrity education in universities should focus on the integration of"explicit"and"implicit",the equal emphasis on"subject"and"object",the balance between"degree"and"effect",and the combination of"horizontal"and"vertical".Efforts should be made to build a four-dimensional innovation mechanism that combines integrated integrity education guidancemechanism,collaborative integrity education incentivemechanism,standardized integrity education punishment mechanism,and joint integrity education guarantee mechanism.
