职教发展视域下职教工匠型师资队伍共享建设策略

摘要 文章旨在探讨职业教育发展视域下职教工匠型师资队伍共享建设策略。首先介绍了职业教育的重要性和工匠型师资队伍的作用,然后分析了工匠型师资队伍的关键特质,接着提出了职教工匠型师资队伍的共享建设策略。同时,还讨论了管理与支持措施,以及学术评估与质量保障。最后,展望了职教工匠型师资队伍的持续发展和未来研究方向。文章的研究对于提升职业教育质量和培养适应社会需求的高素质人才具有重要意义。 The article aims to explore strategies for the sharing and construction of vocational education artisan teacher teams from the perspective of vocational education development.Firstly,the importance of vocational education and the role of a skilled teacher team were introduced.Then,the key characteristics of the artisanal teaching staff were analyzed,and a shared construction strategy for vocational education artisanal teaching staff was proposed.At the same time,management and support measures,as well as academic evaluation and quality assurance,were also discussed.Finally,it looks forward to the sustainable development and future research directions of the vocational education craftsman teacher team.The research in this article is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating high-quality talents to meet social needs.
