基于CT 3D技术构建X线摄影特殊体位关节模型

摘要 目的:利用CT 3D后处理技术构建X线摄影特殊体位下关节模型,辅助对特殊摄影体位摆放原理的学习。方法:招募志愿者于附属医院采集特殊体位关节CT容积数据,利用三维重建技术构建X线摄影特殊体位关节的三维模型。将模型试用于医学影像技术专业学生,三周后分发调查问卷,收集试用成果,分析调查问卷。结果:收集的77份有效调查问卷结果显示,93.5%的学生认为3D型辅助学习优于传统学习模式,能激发学习兴趣,98.7%的学生希望能用于教师课堂教学。讨论:利用CT 3D技术构建X线摄影特殊体位关节模型能够有效提高学生的学习效果和学习兴趣,值得推广应用。 Objective:To construct a joint model under special postures in X-ray photography using CT 3D postprocessing technology,to assist in learning the principles of placement of special postures in photography.Methods The volunteers were recruited to collect the CT volume data of joints in special positions in the affiliated hospital,and the Iterative reconstruction technology was used to construct the 3D model of joints in special positions for X-ray photography.Themodel was applied to students majoring in medical imaging technology.Three weeks later,questionnaires were distributed,trial results were collected,and questionnaires were analyzed.Results 77 valid survey questionnaires collected show that 93.5%of students believe that 3D assisted learning is superior to traditional learning models and can stimulate learning interest.98.7%of students hope to be used for teacher classroom teaching.Discussion The use of CT 3D technology to construct a special posture joint model for X-ray photography can effectively improve students'learning effectiveness and interest,and is worth promoting and applying.
