职业教育发展实证分析及对策研究

摘要 为探究我国职业教育的现状,文章基于2011-2020年我国教育发展数据,对我国职业教育现状进行分析,结果表明:职业教育在各方面得到长足发展,但与普通教育相比,在学生、教师、社会等方面的吸引力还有待提升。针对以上问题,文章提出:在学生层面,构建层次结构完整的职业教育体系,保证职业教育内部晋升通道畅通,以提高职业教育对学生的吸引力。在教师层面,职业院校要采取灵活多样的教师聘任机制,出台激励政策,培养“双师型”教师队伍,提高职业教育对教师的吸引力。在社会层面,通过形成特色鲜明的职业教育人才培养模式,提高职业教育学校学生的社会适用性;构建职业教育与技能培训的融合机制,满足技术工人或者在就业社会人员仍有学历晋升和技能提升的需求,提高职业教育的社会影响力。 In order to explore the current situation of vocational education in China,based on education development data from 2011 to 2020,the study analyzed the current situation of vocational education in China.The results showed that vocational education has made significant progress in various aspects,but its attractiveness in students,teachers,society,and other aspects still needs to be improved compared to general education.In response to the above issues,the article proposes to improve the attractiveness of vocational education to students at the student level by constructing a complete hierarchical structure of vocational education system to ensure smooth promotion channels within vocational education;At the teacher level,vocational colleges should adopt flexible and diverse teacher appointment mechanisms,introduce incentive policies,cultivate a"dual teacher"teaching team,and enhance the attractiveness of vocational education to teachers.At the social level,by forming distinctive vocational education talent cultivation models,the social applicability of vocational education students can be improved;Establish an integration mechanism between vocational education and skill training to meet the needs of technical workers or those in the employment society who still have educational and skill advancement,and enhance the social impact of vocational education.
