高职院校学生干部素养培养的相关思考

Cultivation of Student Cadre Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

学生干部是高职院校教育管理工作中的重要助力,能够帮助教师开展落实一系列教育管理工作和活动,及时做好教师团队与学生群体之间的沟通工作,是学生实施“自我教育、自我服务、自我管理”三自教育的主体力量。然而,当前高职院校部分学生干部依旧存在服务意识不强、学习态度不端正、工作能力较弱等问题,无法为高职学生提供更好的服务和帮助。文章简要分析了学生干部素养的内涵,从培养学生干部素养的重要性和现实困境出发,提出高职院校学生干部素养培养的相关建议和思考,旨在促进高职院校学生干部团队质量的提升。

Student cadres are an important support in the education management work of vocational colleges.They can help teachers carry out a series of educationmanagementwork and activities,and timely communicate between the teacher teamand the student group.They are an important force for students to provide self-management and deterioration services.However,some student cadres in vocational colleges still have problems such asweak service awareness,improper learning attitudes,and weakwork abilities,which cannot provide better services and assistance to vocational students.Based on this,this article briefly analyzes themain connotations of student cadres'literacy,and starting fromthe importance and practical difficultiesof cultivating student cadres'literacy,proposes relevant suggestions and reflections oncultivating student cadres'literacyin vocational colleges,in order to promote the improvement of the quality of student cadres'teams in vocational colleges.
