近年来,高职院校不断扩招,毕业生就业形势严峻,就业质量有明显下降趋势,如何提升毕业生就业质量是当前高职院校亟待解决的重要问题。文章阐述了提升高职院校就业质量对于推动我国职业教育现代化建设、促进高职院校实现“双高计划”战略目标、保障用人单位人才队伍稳定长远发展、助益高职院校学生成长成才四个方面的重要意义。在深入分析高职院校毕业生当前就业困境的基础上,创新性提出提升高职院校毕业生就业质量的对策,为高职院校更好地培养高技能应用型人才提供参考,为人才强国打下坚实基础。

In recent years,vocational colleges have continuously expanded their enrollment,resulting in a severe employment situation for graduates.The quality of employment has shown a significant downward trend.How to improve the employment quality of graduates is an important issue that vocational colleges urgently need to solve.This article elaborates on the important significance of improving the employment quality of vocational colleges in promoting the modernization of vocational education in China,achieving the strategic goals of the"Double High Plan"in vocational colleges,ensuring the stable and long-term development of the talent team of employers,and assisting the growth and success of vocational college students.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current employment difficulties of vocational college graduates,innovative measures are proposed to improve the employment quality of vocational college graduates,providing reference for vocational colleges to better cultivate high-skilled applied talents and laying a solid foundation for a strong talent country.
