快速发展的数字经济亟须具有全球视野和数字商业价值观,多种思维交叉融合,知识技能跨界复合的数智化人才。传统商科教育在人才培养方面存在实践应用关注不足、培训标准不符合市场用人要求、跨学科融合阻力大的问题。文章以新文科理念为指导,以实践创新为中心,系统构建产学研互动教育教学体系,探索在数智化背景下实践创新的商科人才培养新模式。新培养模式致力于培养具备网络大数据时代市场调研技能,适应社会发展的新商科人才。

The rapidly developing digital economy needs urgently digital intelligent talents with global vision and digital business values,cross-integration of various thinking and cross-boundary combination of knowledge and skills.In the aspect of cultivation,traditional business education has some problems,such as insufficient attention to practical application,inconsistent training standards and great resistance to interdisciplinary integration.Guided by the concept of new liberal arts and centered on practice and innovation,this paper systematically builds an interactive education and teaching system,and explores a new mode of training business talents with practice and innovation under the background of digitalization.The new training model is committed to cultivating new business talents with market research skills in the era of network big data and adapting to social development.
