基于OBE理念的医学教育质量保障体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Medical Education Quality Assurance System Based on OBE Concept

高水平的医学教育对于培养大批高素质专业化的医学人才、推动建立中国特色优质高效的医疗卫生服务体系,具有基础性、全局性的作用。提高医学教育质量和水平的前提和基础是建立科学有效的医学教育质量保障体系。文章以OBE教育理念为指导,坚持学生中心、成果导向、持续改进,针对当前医学教育质量保障体系存在的问题,结合我国医学教育的特殊性,构建涵盖“质量标准系统、质量建设系统、监测评估系统、反馈改进系统”四个系统模块的新型质量保障体系,以保障医学教育改革与发展,持续提升医学人才培养质量。

High level medical education plays a fundamental and global role in cultivating a large number of highquality and specialized medical talents and promoting the establishment of a high-quality and efficient medical and health service system with Chinese characteristics.The prerequisite and foundation for improving the quality and level of medical education is to establish a scientific and effective quality assurance system for medical education.Guided by the OBE education concept,the article adheres to student-centered,results-oriented,and continuous improvement.In response to the problems in the current quality assurance system of medical education,combined with the particularity of medical education in China,a new type of quality assurance system covering four system modules:"quality standard system,quality construction system,monitoring and evaluation system,and feedback and improvement system"is constructed to ensure the reform and development of medical education,continuously improving the quality of medical talent cultivation.
