实践教学在职业教育过程中具有非常重要的地位,教学学时在总学时中占比超过50%,是学生掌握岗位技能和实践理论知识的重要途径。伴随国务院印发《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》,产业学院在职业教育中已成为一种新的校企合作模式。文章通过探索基于“政、行、企、校”联动的实践教学改革,构建“产教融合,分区分段”的实践教学模式,助力职业院校人才培养适应产业发展,提高职业院校的实践教学成效。

Practical teaching plays a very important role in the process of vocational education,with teaching hours accounting for over 50%of the total class hours.It is an important way for students to master job skills and practical theoretical knowledge.With the issuance of the"Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education"by the State Council,industrial colleges have become a new model of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.The article explores the practical teaching reform based on the linkage of"government,industry,enterprise,and school",constructs a practical teaching model of"integration of industry and education,zoning and segmentation",helps vocational college talent cultivation adapt to industrial development,and improves the effectiveness of practical teaching in vocational colleges.
