双主体多维动力驱动模式下的“课堂革命”实践探索——以“营养配餐与设计”课程为例

摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,线上教学逐渐成为课堂教学的有效补充,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章立足“高质量的教学效果”和“激发学生学习积极性”的根本问题,以广西教育厅教改项目“健康中国2030”背景下少数民族地区“营养配餐与设计”课程建设与应用研究为依托,在现有优质教学资源的基础上,从教师和学生双主体入手,对教学设计、典型教学案例、教学活动和课堂活动参与积分制多维动力驱动模式进行实践探索,总结出提升教学效果“课堂革命”的实施方法。 With the rapid development of information technology,online teaching has gradually become an effective supplement to classroom teaching,playing an increasingly important role.The article is based on the fundamental issues of"high-quality teaching effectiveness"and"stimulating students'learning enthusiasm",and relies on the research on the construction and application of the"Nutritional Meal and Design"course in ethnic minority areas under the background of the Guangxi Education Department's educational reform project"Healthy China 2030".On the basis of existing highquality teaching resources,starting from the dual subject of teachers and students,the article analyzes the teaching design,typical teaching cases Practice and explore the multi-dimensional driving mode of participation in teaching and classroom activities based on the integral system,and summarize the implementation methods of"classroom revolution"to improve teaching effectiveness.
