应用型高校青年教师教学能力提升研究

Research on Improving the Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Applied Universities

随着高等教育事业的高速发展,青年教师逐渐成为高校开展教学工作不可或缺的骨干力量和主要承担者,青年教师在推动应用型高校转型发展中发挥着重要作用。教学能力是提高高等教育教学质量和人才培养质量的关键,也是应用型高校青年教师专业发展的基本要求。当前,青年教师在教学能力与专业技能发展中尚存在一些现实困境。文章从应用型高校青年教师教学能力现状出发,研究影响青年教师教学能力提升的因素,提出强化青年教师自主发展意识、建立健全组织机构、完善青年教师培训制度、优化教学考核评价机制等策略,以此帮助青年教师提升教学能力,推动高等教育高质量发展。

With the rapid development of higher education,young teachers have gradually become an indispensable backbone and main bearers of teaching work in universities.Young teachers play an important role in promoting the transformation and development of applied universities.Teaching ability is the key to improving the quality of higher education teaching and talent cultivation,and it is also a basic requirement for the professional development of young teachers in applied universities.Currently,young teachers still face some practical difficulties in developing their teaching abilities and professional skills.Starting from the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in application-oriented universities,this article studies the factors that affect the improvement of their teaching ability,and proposes strategies such as strengthening the independent development awareness of young teachers,establishing and improving organizational structures,improving the training system for young teachers,and optimizing the teaching assessment and evaluation mechanism,in order to help young teachers improve their teaching ability and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
