HRM视角下高校辅导员队伍激励机制建设

摘要 辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的重要力量,他们始终工作在学生思想政治教育的第一线,直接面对和接触大学生的思想、学习和日常生活。当前,辅导员队伍建设尚存在一些问题和不足,而人力资源管理理论(简称HRM)能为高校辅导员队伍建设提供有益的指导和借鉴。文章基于HRM角度,从激励目标、激励对象、激励内容和激励过程等方面,探讨高校辅导员队伍激励机制的构成要素,提出高校辅导员队伍激励机制的实施策略:规范选聘制度,促进公平激励;完善薪酬制度,促进物质激励;建立考核机制,促进绩效激励;加强培训开发,促进能力激励。 Counselors are an important force in the ideological and political education work of universities.They always work at the forefront of student ideological and political education,directly facing and contacting the thoughts,learning,and daily life of college students.They are the core force to maintain the stability of the student team,serving as both good teachers and beneficial friends.At present,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the construction of the counselor team,and the theory of human resource management(HRM)can provide useful guidance and reference for the construction of the counselor team in universities.Based on the HRM perspective,this article explores the constituent elements of the incentive mechanism for university counselors from the perspectives of incentive objectives,incentive objects,incentive content,and incentive process.It proposes implementation strategies for the incentive mechanism for university counselors:standardizing the selection system,promoting fair incentives;Improve the salary system and promote material incentives;Establish an assessment mechanism to promote performance incentives;Strengthen training development and promote ability motivation.
