ISO21001:2018标准针对国际现代教育组织特征提出了科学的管理体系构建理念、要求与方法。文章针对高职院校内部治理在理念、结构、机制和保证体系上存在的问题,将国际标准先进的管理理念、管理要求与管理方法导入高职院校内部治理,形成以学生为本的多元协同共治理念,基于过程管理的治理框架,有效可评的目标体系,动态管理的运行机制与持续改进的保证体系,实现国际标准本地化落地,推进高职院校治理能力提升。

The ISO21001:2018 standard proposes scientific management system construction concepts,requirements,and methods based on the characteristics of international modern education organizations.In response to the practical problems in the concept,structure,mechanism,and guarantee system of internal governance in vocational colleges,advanced management concepts,requirements,and methods of international standards will be introduced into the internal governance of vocational colleges to form a student-centered concept of diversified collaborative governance,a governance framework based on process management,an effective and evaluable goal system,a dynamic management operation mechanism,and a continuous improvement guarantee system,In order to achieve the localization of international standards and promote the improvement of governance capabilities in vocational colleges.
