摘要
“食品生物技术”是高校食品类专业的重要专业课,其学习内容涵盖食品、生物、物理化学等多学科知识,较为抽象,内容综合性强,大多数学生学习效果欠佳,需要在教学方法上进行改革。鉴于此,在“食品生物技术”的实际授课中尝试引入思维导图的教学方法。实践表明,思维导图的融入有助于学生抓住学习的难点,理清知识的脉络,提高学生的学习成绩,提升学生对本课程的学习兴趣和热情,体现变被动为主动学习的教学理念。
"Food Biotechnology"is an important specialized course for food majors in colleges and universities.Its learning content covers multi-disciplinary knowledge such as food,biology,physical chemistry,etc.It is relatively abstract and comprehensive.Most students have poor learning results,so teaching methods need to be reformed.In view of this,the teaching method of mind mapping is attempted to be introduced in the actual teaching of"Food Biotechnology".Practice has shown that the integration of mind maps helps students grasp the difficulties of learning,clarify the context of knowledge,improve their academic performance,enhance their interest and enthusiasm for learning this course,and reflect the teaching philosophy of turning passive learning into active learning.
