借鉴TAFE模式改革药品经营与管理专业财会类课程的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Reforming Financial and Accounting Courses of Pharmaceutical Business and Management by Using TAFE Model for Reference

职业教育各专业的课程教学应顺应培养行业高素质技术技能人才的需要,而药品经营与管理专业开设财会类课程正符合专业能力培养的要求。文章总结了药品经营与管理专业财会类课程教学中存在的主要问题,通过借鉴TAFE模式,在如何加强学生对课程重要性的认知、开展以能力为本位的校本化财会课程建设等方面进行了探索和实践,以提升本专业财会课程的教学质量。

The course teaching of each specialty of vocational education should conform to the needs of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the industry.The financial and accounting courses of pharmaceutical business and management specialty meet the requirements of professional ability cultivation.This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the teaching of finance and accounting courses of this major.By referring to the TAFE model,it explores and practices how to strengthen students'cognition of the importance of the course and carry out the construction of school-based finance and accounting courses based on ability,so as to improve the teaching quality of finance and accounting courses of this major.
