大学生是国家最重要的人才资源,其网络安全素养的高低影响着国家网络安全的建设。高校在提高人才培养质量的过程中,应将提升大学生网络安全素养融入“三全育人”体系中,通过全员参与培育、全过程协同培育、全方位创新培育,将网络安全素养培育贯穿思想政治教育和教学全过程,不断提升大学生的网络安全素养。

College students are the most important talent resource in the country,and their level of cyber-security literacy affects the construction of national cyber-security.In the process of improving the quality of talent cultivation,universities should integrate the improvement of college students'cyber-security literacy into the"three comprehensive education"system.Through full participation in cultivation,collaborative cultivation throughout the entire process,and all-round innovation cultivation,the cultivation of cyber-security literacy should be integrated throughout the entire process of ideological and political education and teaching,continuously improving college students'cyber-security literacy.
