摘要
师资队伍是推进高等职业教育发展的关键因素,为激发师资队伍的生机和活力,高职院校亟须建立一套科学合理且行之有效的教师绩效考核评价体系。2020年中共中央、国务院印发了《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,提出五条关于“改革教师评价,推进践行教书育人使命”的重点任务,着力破除“五唯”的顽瘴痼疾,建立科学的、符合时代要求的教育评价制度和机制。文章将围绕高职院校教师绩效考核评价,对考核机制建立、考核内容、考核指标、考核结果运用等问题展开研究,力求破除教师绩效考核评价中存在的“五唯”倾向。
The teaching staff is a key factor in promoting the development of higher vocational education.In order to stimulate the vitality and vitality of the teaching staff,vocational colleges urgently need to establish a scientific,reasonable,and effective teacher performance evaluation system.In 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the"Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era",proposing five key tasks on"reforming teacher evaluation and promoting the implementation of the mission of teaching and educating people",focusing on breaking the persistent problem of"five only",and establishing a scientific a nd timely education evaluation system and mechanism.The article will focus on the establishment of assessment mechanisms,assessment content,assessment indicators,and application of assessment results in the performance assessment and evaluation of teachers in vocational colleges,aiming to eliminate the"five only"tendency in teacher performance assessment and evaluation.
