地方高校英语师范生教师职业技能培养研究

A Study on the Training of Professional Skills for English Teachers in Local Universities

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,地方高校师范教育也必须跟上改革的步伐。当前,受各种因素的影响,地方高校英语师范生培养存在较多问题,比如:学生英语水平参差不齐、师资力量不足、教育理念和教学模式传统、课程设置和教学评价体系不够完善、教学实践缺乏等。地方高校应积极推进教育教学理念的创新,注重师范生综合素质的提升,加强英语教师队伍建设,完善课程设置和教学评价体系,积极为师范生创造各种教学实践机会,以期改善英语师范生培养质量,提高师范生的职业技能水平。

With the continuous deepening of higher education reform in China,local normal education in universities must also keep up with the pace of reform.Currently,due to various factors,there are many problems in the cultivation of English teacher students in local universities,such as uneven students'English proficiency,insufficient teaching staff,traditional educational concepts and teaching models,imperfect curriculum and teaching evaluation systems,and a lack of teaching practice.Local universities should actively promote innovation in educational and teaching concepts,pay attention to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of normal students,strengthen the construction of English teacher teams,improve curriculum and teaching evaluation systems,and actively create various teaching practice opportunities for normal students,in order to improve the quality of English normal student training and enhance the professional skills level of normal students.
