摘要
面对产业技术革新和转型升级,社会对高素质技术人才的需求大幅上升,推进“岗课赛证”融通育人成为提升人才培养质量的重要抓手。本研究围绕高职大数据技术专业课岗分离、课赛分离、课证分离、师资不足等问题,探索高职大数据技术专业“以岗定课、融赛入课、以证核课”的课程优化路径,并提出岗课赛证融通模式的实施策略,以期提高专业教学成效,助力培养高素质技术技能人才,实现高质量就业。
In the face of industrial technological innovation and transformation and upgrading,the demand for highquality technical talents in society has significantly increased.Promoting the integration and education of"post course competition certification"has become an important means to improve the quality of talent cultivation.This study explores the curriculum optimization path of vocational big data technology majors,focusing on issues such as separation of courses and positions,separation of courses and competitions,separation of courses and certificates,and insufficient teaching staff.It also proposes the implementation strategy of the integration model of job courses,competition and certificates,in order to improve the effectiveness of professional teaching,help cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,and achieve high-quality employment.
