高职教师说课中存在的问题及对策——基于S学院24份高职教师说课内容与访谈分析

摘要 说课作为一种重要的教学活动,在促进学校教学发展、提升教师教学能力等方面都有着重要作用。本研究基于高职院校教学管理的角度,应用质性研究方法,通过对24名高职教师说课过程的参与和说课后的深度访谈,发现教师在对说课这一教学活动的理解、对职业教育这一类型教育的认识、对岗课对接这一课程改革的方向和产教融合职教水平提升途径四方面,与国家对职业教育的要求还存在明显差距,并针对具体问题提出了解决策略,为职业院校教学改革提供了实践依据。 Presentation,as an important teaching activity,plays an important role in promoting the development of school teaching and enhancing teachers'teaching abilities.This study is based on the perspective of teaching management in vocational colleges and applies qualitative research methods.Through the participation of 24 vocational teachers in the process of lecturing and in-depth interviews after presentation,it is found that teachers have four aspects:"understanding of presentation as a teaching activity,understanding of vocational education as a type of education,direction of curriculum reform for job course integration,and approach to improving vocational education level through integration of industry and education".There is still a significant gap with the national requirements for vocational education,and solutions have been proposed for specific problems,providing practical basis for teaching reform in vocational colleges.
