摘要
文章从学习动机与学习成绩的关系角度出发,研究学习动机与高职院校学生网络学习效果的相关性。研究选取上海城建职业学院酒店管理与数字化运营专业,人力资源管理专业,社会工作专业大一、大二、大三学生为研究对象,以Vansteenkiste2009版《学业的自我调整量表》为研究工具,对学习动机与高职院校学生网络学习效果之间的关系进行相关研究。
This article studies the correlation between learning motivation and online learning effectiveness of vocational college students from the perspective of the relationship between learning motivation and academic performance.The study selected freshmen,sophomores,and juniors majoring in Hotel Management and Digital Operations,Human Resources Management,and Social Work from Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College as the research subjects.Using the Vanstenkiste 2009 version of the"Academic Self Adjustment Scale"as the research tool,the relationship between learning motivation and online learning effectiveness of vocational college students was studied.
