高校中外合作办学师资队伍国际化建设探索——以陕西科技大学阿尔斯特学院为例

An Exploration about the Internationalization Practice of College Faculty Construction in Sino-foreign Cooperatively-run Schools——Take Ulster College at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as An Example

师资队伍国际化是推动高校中外合作办学质量的核心要素,也是助力学校国际化办学的战略选择。随着我国中外合作办学的大力开展,教师队伍双语授课能力不足、国际化水平不高已成为影响高校中外合作办学教学效果及人才培养质量的突出问题。陕西科技大学阿尔斯特学院在提升教师队伍国际化水平方面多措并举,通过教师培训进修,努力拓展国际交流平台,不断创新机制体制等举措持续改善教师学术成长环境,为师资国际化提供制度保障。文章通过分析阿尔斯特学院在师资队伍建设过程中的有效探索和实践,为中外合作办学模式下的高校教师队伍国际化建设提出了相应的路径与策略。

The internationalization of the teaching staff is a core element in promoting the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in universities,and it is also a strategic choice to assist schools in internationalizing their education.With the vigorous development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in China,the insufficient bilingual teaching ability and low internationalization level of the teaching team have become prominent issues that affect the teaching effectiveness and talent cultivation quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in universities.The Ulster College at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has taken multiple measures to enhance the internationalization level of the teaching staff.Through teacher training and further education,efforts have been made to expand international exchange platforms,continuously innovate mechanisms and systems,and other measures,the academic growth environment of teachers has been continuously improved,providing institutional guarantees for the internationalization of teachers.The article analyzes the effective exploration and practice of Ulster College in the construction of the teaching staff,and proposes corresponding paths and strategies for the internationalization of the teaching staff in universities under the Sino-foreign cooperative education model.
