“双一流”背景下高校教师考核评估体系建设

摘要 “双一流”建设给高校带来了新的机遇也带来的新的挑战,尤其是新时代高校教师考核评估机制应适应时代发展。当前,高校教师考评上存在一些不足,主要表现在:考核论文的局限性,即以论文数量、级别和引用次数无法科学评估研究成果;考核指标的局限性,部分学科的研究成果并非以论文形式为载体,重研轻教,过多以科研为导向忽视了教学;师德的忽视,过度片面追求科研成果产出,导致学生沦为科研劳动力。高校应建立完善的考核评估体系,引入科学指数合理评估教师科研水平,对不同学科增加专利和全国性展览、会议等作为评价指标;建立学生的教学反馈机制,开发更好的工具来衡量教学绩效;加强党建,提升教师自身素质。 The construction of"Double First Class"has brought new opportunities and challenges to universities,especially in the new era where the assessment and evaluation mechanism for university teachers should adapt to the development of the times.At present,there are some shortcomings in the evaluation of university teachers,mainly manifested in the limitations of evaluating papers,that is,the scientific evaluation of research results cannot be based on the number,level,and citation frequency of papers;The limitations of assessment indicators are that the research results of some disciplines are not carried out in the form of papers,with a focus on research and a neglect of teaching;The neglect of teacher ethics and excessive one-sided pursuit of scientific research output have led to students becoming research laborers.Universities should establish a comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,introduce scientific indices to reasonably evaluate the scientific research level of teachers,and add patents and national exhibitions,conferences,etc.as evaluation indicators for different disciplines;Establish a teaching feedback mechanism for students and develop better tools to measure teaching performance;Strengthen Party building and improve the quality of teachers themselves.
