食品类专业视域下“仪器分析”课程混合式教学模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 针对食品类专业学生培养过程中实践能力弱、人才与社会需求不匹配等突出问题,文章针对创新型、技能型、应用型的复合型食品类专业人才培养,以“仪器分析”课程为例,构建了基于专业素养培养的线上线下混合式教学生态模式,教学设计分为课前、课中和课后三个模块,并借助智能化工具和平台,实现传统教学模式中教师为“演员”、学生为“观众”的模式,向教师为“导演”、学生为“主演”的模式转变,拓宽了对食品类专业混合式教学的认知半径,可为工科院校混合式教学改革与创新建设提供参考。 In view of the outstanding problems such as weak practical ability and mismatch between talents and social needs in the training process of food majors,it is an important mission to cultivate innovative,skilled and applied compound professionals.Taking instrumental analysis as an example,this paper constructs an online and offline blended teaching pattern based on professional cultivation.The teaching design is divided into three modules:pre-class,in-class and after-class.Using intelligent tools and platforms,the traditional teaching pattern of teachers as actors and students as audience is transformed into the pattern of teachers as directors and students as actors.This study broadens the cognitive radius of blended teaching in food majors,which can provide reference for the practice reform and innovation construction of blended teaching in engineering colleges.
