基于学科专业一体化建设的应用型人才培养模式改革探索——以山东青年政治学院为例

Exploration on the Reform of Applied Talents Training Mode Based on the Discipline and Specialty Integration Construction——Take Shandong Youth University of Political Science as an example

文章基于学科专业一体化建设理念,对应用型人才培养体系建设与模式改革进行实践研究。依据应用型本科高校人才培养定位、经济社会变革要求和行业产业发展需求,通过研究应用型本科高校学科建设、专业建设、课程教学、产业需求的关系,围绕行业产业相关领域,以递进式和平行式一体化融合优化学科专业知识体系组建学院,推动应用型人才培养模式改革与实践。本研究对深化应用型本科高校教育教学改革,培养大学生的应用创新能力有重要意义。

Based on the concept of discipline and specialty integration construction,this paper conducts a practical study on the construction of applied talent cultivation system and model reform.Based on the talent cultivation positioning of applicationoriented undergraduate universities,the requirements of economic and social transformation,and the development needs of the industry,the schools are established with a progressive or parallel integration to optimize the discipline and professional knowledge system,and the reform and practice of the cultivation mode of application-oriented talents are promoted.Meanwhile,the relationship between the discipline construction and the specialty construction,curriculum teaching,and industry needs are considered.This study is of great significance for deepening the education and teaching reform in application-oriented undergraduate universities and cultivating students'application innovation ability.
