地方高校应用型汽车服务人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Training Applied Automobile Service Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

培养具有较强的专业实践能力、工程应用能力和创新创业能力,全面提高毕业生的工程素养,是地方高校应用型汽车专业人才培养的关键。文章从应用型人才培养理念、实践教学体系构建、实践教学平台建设三个方面分析了制约地方院校应用型人才培养的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了确立应用型人才培养理念改革人才培养模式,构建“三模块三层次三结合”的实践教学体系培养专业实践能力,实施“多证书”制度培养工程应用能力,实施“赛学结合、课余创业”模式培养创新创业能力,加强校内外实践教学基地建设,推进产教融合校企合作等措施,加强应用型汽车服务人才培养。

It is the key to cultivate application-oriented automotive professionals in local universities to train graduates with strong professional practice ability,engineering application ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and to comprehensively improve their engineering literacy.This paper analyzes the main problems restricting the training of applied talents in local colleges and universities from three aspects:the concept of training applied talents,the construction of practical teaching system and the construction of practical teaching platform.On this basis,it puts forward to establish the concept of application-oriented talent training and reform the talent training mode,construct the practical teaching system of"three modules,three levels and three combination"to cultivate professional practical ability,implement the"multi-certificate"system to cultivate engineering application ability,implement the mode of"combination of competition and learning,entrepreneurship after class"to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and strengthen the construction of practical teaching base inside and outside the school.Promote the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation and other measures to strengthen application-oriented automotive service personnel training.
