“双创”视角下地方高校产教融合发展研究

Research on the Integration and Development of Industry and Education of Local Colleges Based on the Perspective of"Double Innovation"

随着经济社会的不断发展变化,社会层面对人才的需求逐步向应用型、复合型和创新型转变。文章从“创新创业”角度出发,探讨影响商科人才培养的高校、企业以及社会公众三个主体的作用机制,并以上述主体为基础,进一步从课程设计、教师结构、宣传教育、信息共享、评价体系建设五个角度提出地方高校商科人才培养的方式方法,从而为社会输送契合新时代发展要求的商科人才。

With the continuous development and changes of the economy and society,the demand for talents at the social level is gradually shifting towards applied,compound,and innovative types.Starting from the perspective of"innovation and entrepreneurship",the article explores the mechanisms of the three main factors that affect the cultivation of business talents:universities,enterprises,and the public.Based on the aforementioned subjects,further propose methods and approaches for cultivating business talents in local universities from five perspectives:curriculum design,teacher structure,publicity and education,information sharing,and evaluation system construction,in order to provide society with business talents that meet the development requirements of the new era.
