大学生食品安全认知现状研究与对策分析——以C大学本科生为例

摘要 食品安全是与人们的日常生活最为相关的生物安全领域。然而,当前食品安全问题频发,引发人们的担忧。在此背景下,文章聚焦于大学生食品安全认知现状,以C大学学生为例,通过问卷调研、对比归纳、统计分析等方法,研究大学生食品安全认知现状,归纳相关问题。结果显示,大学生食品安全意识、自我保护意识不强,食品安全基本知识普遍有待提高。并对大学生食品安全问题的解决提出建议。 As an important field of biosafety,food safety has always been closely related to people's daily life.However,the frequent occurrence of food safety problems has aroused people's concern.This study focuses on the food safety problems of college students.Taking C University students as an example,it analyzes the current situation of food safety of college students through questionnaire survey,comparison and induction,and other methods,summarizes relevant problems.The results show that college students'awareness of food safety and self-protection is not strong,and the basic knowledge of food safety generally needs to be improved.This article puts forward some suggestions to solve the food safety problem of college students and puts forward suggestions to solve the food safety problems.
