中小学教学提质增效政策与实践——以金昌市为例

摘要 教育教学的高质量发展必须保证学校教育的课堂增效,学校增能。为实现“双增”,金昌市各学校严格落实课程方案,优化教学理念与教学手段,构建作业指导体系,积极探索弹性作业、智慧作业和创新作业模式,并通过与社会组织协同共育,优化课后服务、完善全面育人体系。经过一年多的实践,金昌市中小学在作业管理、课堂建设、育人体系完善等方面取得了丰硕的成果,切实保障了学校教育的提质增效,逐步形成了优质轻负的教学模式,学生个性化和多样化发展的需求基本得到了满足,也为推动教育高质量发展和“素养本位”转型提供了强大动力。 The high-quality development of education and teaching must ensure the classroom efficiency and school empowerment of school education.In order to achieve"double increase",schools in Jinchang City strictly implement curriculum plans,optimize teaching concepts and methods,build a homework guidance system,actively explore flexible homework,smart homework,and innovative homework models,and optimize after-school services and improve the comprehensive education system through collaborative education with social organizations.After more than a year of practice,primary and secondary schools in Jinchang City have achieved fruitful results in homework management,classroom construction,and the improvement of education systems,effectively ensuring the quality and efficiency of school education,gradually forming a high-quality and light burden teaching mode.The personalized and diversified development needs of students have been basically met,and it has also provided strong impetus for promoting high-quality education development and the transformation of"literacy oriented"education.
