摘要
教育信息化建设中“重物的信息化,轻人的信息化”的典型问题在教师信息化领导力的评价中也有突出体现。“注重达标”的教师信息化领导力评价中显性与隐性问题突出,并未真正聚焦于教师发展,需要向“聚焦提升”的教师信息化领导力评价进行转变。因此,文章分析了现有教师信息化领导力评价的问题,凝练了以关注教师发展的内隐指标替代部分外显指标,注重教师信息化影响力维度在评价体系中体现,构建可跟踪式教师信息化领导力提升评价体系的三点建议。
The typical problem of"emphasizing material informatization over human informatization"in education informatization construction is also highlighted in the evaluation of teachers'e-leadership.The existing evaluation of teachers'e-leadership,which focuses on the achievement of standards,is not really focused on teachers'development,and needs to be changed to the evaluation of teachers'e-leadership,which focuses on improvement.Therefore,the article analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation of teacher informatization leadership,and summarizes three suggestions for replacing some explicit indicators with implicit indicators that focus on teacher development,emphasizing the reflection of teacher informatization influence dimensions in the evaluation system,and constructing a traceable evaluation system for improving teacher informatization leadership.
